For a non-refundable reservation, an Up2Pay link (our banking partner) will be sent to you by email so you can make the payment. Without it, your reservation is not guaranteed.
For all other reservations, your card will be verified by our teams but not charged. You must make payment on site upon arrival.
In case of late cancellation, the hotel will be able to charge the first night.
